M.I.A., aka Maya Arulpragasam, recently worked with Madonna on her MDNA album and apparently offered a bit of songwriting, too. Arulpragasam wrote “Baby” for the pop legend, but it didn’t make the final cut.
M.I.A.’s demo of the song has leaked online. In a tweet, Arulpragasam said, “who ever LEAKED THAT BABY song should know that ive never heard this version B4 it sounds crazy different 2 wht i worte for madonna.” She added, ”this song wasnt recorded for myLP> so its not complete > besides i now have way more to say to my man …..”
