Sufjan Stevens recently released “Christmas Unicorn” — the immaculatley produced 12-minute epic first cut from his upcoming Christmas box set Silver & Gold.
The second cut released from the five-EP set is quite the opposite. The under-two-minute “Ding-a-ling-a-ring-a-ling” sounds more like a home recording than the studio wonders of Sufjan’s recent work.
