Even after Hercules and Love Affair’s debut topped many best-of lists in 2008, there wasn’t much more than a murmur about last year’s follow up. The project is still around, though. In fact, bandleader Andrew Butler just put together a DJ-Kicks mix, featuring a brand new Hercules and Love Affair song.
Butler, along with DJ Whitney Fierce and Mark Pistel, compiled some pretty wild samples on the disco-house track. They might be out of the spotlight, but Hercules and Love Affair is definitely still worth paying attention to.
